Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the AP team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement AP policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including procurement and finance, to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and analyze AP metrics, providing insights and reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to AP.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience (does not have to be in accounting)
