Overview:
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $36.60 - 47 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

Ebenezer is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (TCU/LTC) in St. Paul, Minnesota! This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. This Nursing schedule includes;

64 hours every two weeks
Full time, Day shift
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
Full Benefits: (medical, dental, paid time off, wellness dollars, education scholarships, matching retirement monies)
RN student Loan repayment up to $10,000

The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the community-from primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. Responsibilities/Job Description:
Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care
Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care
RN - Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary
Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
Qualifications:

Required:

Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
Current MN RN license
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice
0-1 years of experience

Preferred:

0-3 years of experience
TCU LPN/RN experience
Basic computer skills
Point Click Care knowledge
