This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to grow and lead their program. Practice full-scope orthopedic surgery including joint replacements, scopes, and general orthopedics in a collegial and supportive environment. Tremendous opportunity to capture new cases with a strong referral base and build the program and your practice how you want.

The Opportunity:

•Practice full-scope orthopedic surgery, including joint replacement and scope, but no spines.
•Built in patient base with strong referral volume plus an advantageous regional demographic needing orthopedic services.
•In patient hospitalist 24/7 to provide care for admitted patients.

Compensation Details:
•$700K+ guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus production bonus.
•Significant sign-on bonus, relocation, and other incentives.
