Volt is immediately hiring a Hybrid-Supply Chain Analyst in Maplewood, MN with a well-known industry leader. In this role you will lead the demand planning process through best practices to develop a consensus and unconstrained demand plan. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to develop the demand plan (Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Manufacturing Operations).
This is a first shift, full-time contingent opportunity.
This is a Hybrid role so must be local to the twin cities.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:
- Provide process support to division Sales and Operations Planning Processes.
- Analyze international supply plans within the demand planning system.
- Provide data support to division planning teams. Manage reporting process for demand planning.
Preferred Skills:
- Production and / or Supply Planning.
- Action Oriented with proven results.
- Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP (ECC/APO), Power BI.
- Statistical and analytical tools including forecast modeling, S&OP, IBP.
- Excellent communication written and verbal with strong leadership.
- Experience working cross functionally across different global regions.
- Experience representing Supply Chain Professions on behalf of all 3 disciplines (Demand, Planning and Production).
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany and/or Transportation or related business roles.
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany and/or Transportation or related business roles.
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
Pay Rate: $53.43 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
