Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable / Billing)

Now hiring: Accounting Clerk. We are currently working with a emerging manufacturing/engineering company in Golden Valley who is growing and due to this growth they are currently looking to hire an Accounting Clerk as an addition to their small/high-performing accounting/finance team. This company is working on cutting edge technology and this would be your opportunity to join them while they are experiencing strong growth. The Accounting Clerk will report directly into the Controller and will play a key role in helping support accounting operations. The Accounting Clerk will have ownership over full-cycle Accounts Payable (including 3-way matching) as well as helping support A/R & Billing. The executive leadership team is made up of some of the best and brightest who care a great deal about their staff and for creating a fantastic culture/environment.

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Process all corporate accounts payable (3 way matching)
• Assist with 1099 processing
• Assist with billing and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate files
• Other duties upon request

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years' full-cycle accounts payable
• Must have prior 3-way matching experience
• Prior experience helping support A/R, Billing
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel required
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills

Compensation: $55,000 to $64,000
