Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Milbank, SD and Ortonville, MN

Position Overview

We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to add to our teams at Milbank Area Hospital Avera in Milbank, SD and at Ortonville Area Health Services in Ortonville, MN.

This position will work in a variety of settings including, Outpatient, SNF/LTC, Hospital Inpatient, and Home Health. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE), splitting time between Milbank and Ortonville Monday through Friday.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in SD and MN.

Milbank has a newer outpatient therapy clinic within the small-town, growing community. The community has many events to attend or outdoor spaces to enjoy such as a bike/walking paths close to Big Stone Lake. Multiple coffee shops, gyms, restaurants, etc. makes Milbank a perfect community for anyone.

Ortonville has a close knit clinic with a lot of great room for communication, collaboration, and mentorship. Ortonville has many things to offer such as Big Stone Lake, great area Golf Courses, and Wildlife Refuge. The community has a great chamber that has many activities throughout the year. Ortonville has an amazing Healthcare system in which we have the awesome opportunity to work as a great team serving our community.
