Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MN License
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Must be able to care for all aspects of labor and delivery - triage antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and newborn
• FHM and IV Start Skills
• BCLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Beginner
• AWHONN Intermediate preferred
• Charge Nurse Experience preferred
• Community Hospital Experience preferred

• 100 mile radius rule
• Ratios: 1:2-3, Weekends - 1: 2-3. Average Daily Census: 1-2
• Will be floated to department support outside of OB pending census, will not be expected to take an assignment, may be asked to observe a patient to maintain their safety, assist primary nurse with patient cares or be a "runner" to obtain supplies for primary nurse
