Legal Marketing & Business Development Director (W2 Contract, Part-Time)

Are you a passionate marketing and business development professional seeking a flexible, part-time role?

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a dynamic leader to drive our client's law firm marketing and business initiatives. You'll lead all aspects of our client's marketing strategy, from content creation to event management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy, including content, events, and branding.

  • Manage website, SEO, email marketing list, and social media.

  • Write compelling copy for various platforms.

  • Coordinate awards, sponsorships, and media relations.

  • Collaborate with attorneys on marketing plans.

  • Oversee RFPs, budgets, and expenses.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development for a US law firm or similar client-facing professional services firm.

  • Strong project management and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency and professional experience with WordPress, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.)

  • Proficient in social media, website management, and analytics reporting (online portfolio required.)

  • Creative and strategic thinker.

  • Branding, graphic design, and media production skills are a plus.

  • The ability to work remotely during regular business hours, 15-25 hours/week, with the understanding that frequent on-site work (55402) will be required for events, content creation, and high-level strategy, budget, and reporting meetings.


Pay Rate: $28-$40/hour DOE



Pay Details: $28.00 to $40.00 per hour
