Description

  • Lead and manage HR technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to maximize the value of partnerships.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Optimize and manage HRIS modules for talent acquisition, performance management, and more.
  • Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements and automation within HR functions.
  • Ensure HR systems comply with regulations and support policy development.
  • Handle multi-state payroll processing, tax setups, and audits, while maintaining data integrity.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with HRIS systems, including payroll and applicant tracking.
  • Experience in managing HRIS projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
