Job description

We are currently working with an OEM in Wadena County, MN that is looking to fill the position of Operations Manager.

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing plans to achieve all Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs as defined for all production departments.

Professional Skills/Qualifications

A good candidate for this position will know the following:

Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred.

Customer Service.

ERP System Implementation.

Quality Auditing.

Process Auditing.

Inventory Control

Familiar with Excel and Microsoft Office Works.

Scheduling Shipments.

Production Scheduling.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of a High School Diploma, BS degree preferred.

3-5 years of similar experience in a manufacturing facility.

Knowledgeable concerning production machinery, manufacturing flow, and processes.

Strong leadership skills.

Ability to analyze the manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and overall cost objectives are met.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.

On-site position.

Relocation assistance can be available.

Salary range is $60-70k
