Key Responsibilities:



  1. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure seamless execution of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and deadlines.


  2. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to the project team, including reviewing plans and specifications, identifying potential issues, and proposing solutions to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.


  3. Document Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and submittals. Organize and manage project files to ensure easy access and retrieval of information as needed.


  4. Communication: Foster clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Keep all parties informed of project progress, challenges, and resolutions.


  5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.


  6. Cost Management: Assist in the evaluation of project costs and budget tracking. Collaborate with the project team to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficient resource allocation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Previous experience in commercial construction, preferably in a project engineering or related role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
