This role performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures. Responsibilities/Job Description Provides professional nursing cares and treatments Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status Qualifications Required: MN LPN licensure AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currently enrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must be obtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independent practice 0-1 years of experience Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phones, and fax machines Preferred: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree 1-3 years of experience MS Office, Excel, and Word Point Click Care knowledge
