Maintenance Manager Minnesota Manufacturing
Salary $120,000 - $140,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation

Are you currently a Maintenance Manager with Hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing setting with strong supervisory skills? WE NEED YOU!
As the Maintenance Manager, youll goals with be to establish maintenance plans preventative and predictive, leading a safety conscious team of mechanics & contractors, help meet quality standards with equipment maintenance, and meet budget objectives for parts & labor.
Your motivational skills will assist you as you lead your team in the areas of Environmental Health & Safety, training, staffing, equipment needs, scheduling and employee relations.
As the Maintenance Manager, youll focus on:
Assist maintenance planning and reliability maintenance with CMMS
Monitor and improve processes, procedures and equipment to reduce or eliminate safety hazards and risks, with a goal of achieving a zero OSHA recordable case rate
Develop and implement maintenance training strategy to grow and develop the maintenance staff
Maintain a high level of internal control over the maintenance processes and implement controls where needed to manage the maintenance spend
Develop and implement overall Maintenance Strategy and work with Reliability to increase eq equipment uptime & decrease unprofitable downtime.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Managers position:
Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility working in fast paced, multi-tasking industrial manufacturing environment
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience, including conducting personnel reviews, hiring and firing
Strong computer skills including MS Office, CMMS programs
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and the tools associated with failure detection (i.e. vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography) as well as the software associated with them
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and aptitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
