Position Overview

At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to add to our team at Annandale Health & Community Services in Annandale, MN.

This position will work primarily in SNF/LTC but will also provide Outpatient care. This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week (0.80 FTE).

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, OTA licensing in Minnesota.
