• Manage all aspects of electrical systems development, ensuring projects meet customer needs and company goals.


• Manage & Mentor Electrical Engineers on your team.


• Foster a collaborative environment, provide daily oversight, delegate tasks, and empower your team's success.


• Be the Product Development Champion with integration of electrical components & systems seamlessly, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.


• Provide Technical Expertise by Leverage your electrical engineering and manufacturing experience to solve complex challenges.


• Manage Regulatory Compliance and ensure adherence to FMVSS and DOT regulations for safe and reliable vehicle operation.

What you need for consideration to become an Electrical Engineering Manager:

• A degreed Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of leading electrical engineering teams.


• 7 years managing Electrical Engineering teams.


• A problem-solver with expertise in A3, 8D, or similar methodologies.


• A technical communicator, adept at conveying complex ideas verbally and in writing.


• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• A safety-conscious individual committed to a behavioral-based safety approach.

The position is located in central Michigan and is not a hybrid role.
