Join the City of Novi Community Development team and assist residents, property owners, and the public in maintaining code compliance through collaboration, education, and exceptional customer service.
As a Code Compliance Officer, you will perform duties such as: help facilitate the successful resolution of city-wide non-compliance, including but not limited to property maintenance and social erosion; enforce and have knowledge of the city's zoning, sign, environmental, nuisance, housing and building ordinances and codes; make recommendations concerning revisions of ordinances; and more!
Code Compliance Officers must have a high school diploma or its equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred, two or more years performing similar responsibilities, and the possession of a valid Michigan driver's license is required.

Compensation & Benefits: $67,426.64, per the collective bargaining agreement.
