Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Marquette, MI
Pay: $18.00 per Hour

What's the Job?
- Greet and assist clients, caregivers, and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, maintaining accurate records and calendars.
- Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support other departments by ensuring smooth communication and coordination of tasks.

What's Needed?
- Temp to perm for the right person, M-F 8:30AM-5PM.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-service focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with scheduling or customer management software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Compassionate and patient attitude, especially when assisting clients with mobility challenges.
