SAP HCM Payroll ERP Analyst DIRECT HIRE (H1 Transfer OK)
Max Salary: $105K/year Direct Hire
Note: Full relocation package is offered + H1B Transfer OK/ after 12 months of employment - GC Process

Must Have s for this position:
8+ years experience with SAP
5+ years of experience in SAP HCM US and Canada Payroll
Done 2-3 full cycle implementations End to End
Experience in international currency/Canada preferred.
Bachelor s degree
Skills:
Knowledge of SAP Payroll Schema and Rules, Payroll Functions and Time Functions.
Understanding of HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, Benefits Infotypes and Finance tables as they integrate with SAP PY
Experience in BSI Tax factory, HR Support Pack upgrade.
Define SAP functions, business functions, processes and user needs; perform functional configuration and maintenance tasks for SAP systems according to operational and business needs.
Lead and facilitate analysis of business requirements and processes
Work with internal business partners. Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves process issues identified by system users, and reports risks/ concerns/ trends to Business users.
Expertise on Year-end processing activities for US and Canada Payroll.
Write and execute test scenarios and scripts to validate requirements; write business process design documents, functional specifications and functional unit testing documents
Perform testing and defect resolution - functional unit testing, string testing, integration testing, and regression testing
Processing Overpayments, Tax Withholding, Deductions and Garnishments.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, BSI and Payroll year end activities.
Payroll Configuration: Wage Types, Processing Time Data, Payments and Deductions, Schemas, Functions, Calculation Rules, Internal Tables, Cumulating, Storage, Deductions, Taxes, Benefits/Payroll Integration, Garnishments, Bank Transfers/Direct Deposits, Third Party Remittance and Off-Cycle Processing.
Knowledge on Taxes: Tax Tables, Tax info types, Tax related processing classes, Tax Areas, Tax Authorities, and Taxability models for US Payroll.
Other work environment requirements:
Up to 20% domestic and international travel
Obtain and maintain a valid driver s license and passport
Requires a favorable motor vehicle report upon hire
Additional work hours including weekends and holidays as required
