Position Details

Join our dynamic team as a master-level therapist providing services focused on eradicating racial disparities in birth outcomes for African American and Latinx families and their babies in Kent County. Services are strengths-based, culturally responsive, equity-driven, and family-centered to support healthy development and overall well-being.

Services are delivered directly in homes and communities to ensure accessibility for families and include assessment, individual and group therapy, coordination, referral, and support.

Position Requirements:

Masters Degree in social work or related field
State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) required
Bilingual / Spanish preferred
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Clean driving record
Prior experience working with children and families
Knowledge of school systems / supports in Kent County preferred
