Job description
This is a community-based position. You will be providing services to children aged 6-17 in their home.

Qualifications:
Possess a Master's degree in Psychology; AND have a TLLP, LLP, or LP from the State of Michigan; OR
Possess a Master's degree in Social Work; AND have an LLMSW or LMSW from the State of Michigan; OR
Possess a Master's degree in Counseling; AND have an LLPC or an LPC from the State of Michigan Department; AND
Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides individual, group, conjoint or family psychotherapy and support services to children with severe emotional disturbance and their family.
Conducts clinical assessments, develops diagnoses, and participates in developing person/family centered treatment plans with client families.
Monitors client progress and coordinates appropriate behavioral health and other needed services.
Responsible for meeting all MDCH requirements for Home-based hours (minimum 4 hours per family per month).
Maintains an electronic and paper chart which includes required documentation of services provided, progress notes, treatment plans, periodic reviews and client rights documents.
Participates in individual supervision and team meetings to review progress, identify barriers and develop strategies for better assisting families in reaching their goals.
