Job Overview
The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to help Opus IVS maximize its workflow and achieve its organizational goals.
This role is responsible for staying current of the new NetSuite features and provide recommendations for improvements. You will work closely with IT (Information Technology), Finance, Operations and Platform Software departments to create, integrate, and maintain high-performing process that will streamline business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the NetSuite platform
- Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues
- Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption
- Manage implementation process for ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integration
- Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support
- Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance
- Planning, reviewing, and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff
- Development and maintenance of custom application extensions using system API and third-party tools
- Developing, documenting, and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
- Transpose reports to necessary outlets (Google, Salesforce, etc.)
- Support accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets
- Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units
- Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration
- Extensive experience as a business systems analyst
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
- Strong working experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing
- Ability to support data import process and migration
- Maintenance of NetSuite updates
- Ability to create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs
- Familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and KPIs
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting
- Familiar with Zone billing system a plus
- Background in network administration is a plus
