Job description

Role: ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ CSM) Duration: 6+ Months Contract (link removed) Type: Remote Responsibilities Design and Implementation: Design and develop ServiceNow applications and solutions within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Implement new ServiceNow applications and modules, and configure and enhance existing applications and modules. Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. Configure integrations with other systems and databases. Develop custom workflows and automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and other technologies supported by ServiceNow. Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing ServiceNow modules and applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and provide support for end-users. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Customer Service, IT, and other business units to ensure successful delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Adhere to best practices and coding standards in ServiceNow development. Document technical specifications, solutions, and configurations for future reference. Train end-users and administrators on new functionalities and features of the ServiceNow platform. Share knowledge and mentor junior developers within the team. Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and CSM modules. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Glide API. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems. Knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow applications and modules. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform.
