Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Field Service Technician: . 2 years Commercial Dock & Door Technician experience . Loading Dock experience . Ability to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen Requirements of the Field Service Technician: Experience in repairing and maintaining warehouse and commercial doors, loading docks, dock levelers, and other industrial equipment. Skills in welding, steel fabrication, and electrical work. Background in mechanical, commercial, and industrial maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is advantageous but not mandatory. Capable of thriving in a dynamic, technology-driven service environment. Adherence to safety procedures and company policies is essential. Ability to work independently, with occasional team collaboration. Proficient in interacting with individuals from various backgrounds and remote offices. Competent in completing service reports, timecards, and parts ordering. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Technical training and OEM certifications (e.g., AAADM, Rytec, Entrematic) are beneficial. Flexible schedule required, including potential evening, weekend, or holiday work. Availability for overtime. High School Diploma or GED is necessary. Valid state-issued Drivers License with a clean DMV record acceptable to insurance requirements. Must pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and criminal background check. Other Key Requirements: 100% in office No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
