Are you a great "Director of First Impressions"? Are you looking for an exciting new role to showcase your skills? PDS Tech Commercial, Inc has the job for you. We are looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at a leading client in the Sedona market.

Pay = $16-19/hour

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential as you will collaborate with various departments to deliver a seamless experience for clients and staff.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage front desk operations

• Respond timely and professionally to phone and email inquiries

• Provide support to ensure smooth day-today office functions

Qualified candidates must have:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• HS Diploma or GED

• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
