What you'll need to succeed as an Analyst, Warranty Recovery at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of experience filing warranty claims, pulling data, developing reports and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data capturing and reporting purposes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer-facing skills
  • Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in warranty activities across a medium to large enterprise environment
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with asset management systems
  • Experience with Cetaris

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Maintain accurate records for all warranty activities including power units, trailers, forklifts, hostlers, handhelds, part number lines and fleet maintenance
  • Prepare regular reports on warranty data
  • Assist in mitigating risk due to out-of-warranty mechanical failures
  • Develop, test and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and decrease mechanical issues
  • Review and analyze claims as well as daily submission of warranty claims
  • Analyze work order data and file claims
