A day in the life.
As our CRM Sales Product Representative on the National Sales Operations Team, youll be responsible for knowing our CRM platform from the perspective of both an individual salesperson and a sales leader, inside and out. You will help make and implement decisions pertaining to enhancements and updates to the CRM, ensuring the needs of MMAs sales teams are continuously met. In addition, this role will:
Help develop and refine the vision and strategy for MMAs CRM, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and business goals, and translate them into a clear product vision to guide the development team
Prioritize product features and enhancements for the IT/Development Team, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain business process documentation to support why CRM enhancements should be implemented, as well as how those changes benefit and impact the sales organization
Leads user acceptance testing to validate that implemented functionality meets the needs of our sales organization and is aligned with the product vision
Collaborates with technical CRM team to develop stakeholder communication and training, ensuring MMAs sales teams are well-informed about the products status, upcoming features and changes
Support other miscellaneous project and initiatives related to the CRM

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Knowledge of sales process from the lens of a salesperson
Ability to manage multiple projects and associated tasks at any given time
Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage towards timelines
Articulate written and verbal communication, including the ability to help end users understand complicated technology processes through various channels (i.e. trainings, videos, documentation, etc.)
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
General understanding of Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,400.00- $92,200.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
