A well established firm that handles everything in house from construction to property management. Based out of Pennsylvania, this firm has projects across 16 states and a very stable pipeline of work. They specialize in luxury apartments & townhomes.

Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

- Be hands on and on site daily

- Daily communication with the Project Management team

- Communicate and manage subs

- Oversee assistant superintendent

- Lead project from start to completion

- Ensure work site safety

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

- Commutable to the South Shore MA area

- Have 10+ years experience as a Superintendent

- Have experience on Townhome, Multifamily, or Residential projects from a General Contractor

- Enjoys being hands on and in the field

- Able to run a machine if needed

- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
