Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality patient care under the direction of a physician. The LPN is also a member of a designated care team and collaborates with team members in achieving goals. Position Purpose : This position is located in an outpatient practice.
