A full-time Rehab Team Leader Physical Therapist position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in Northborough, MA.

Requirements:
Provide daily oversight of rehabilitation services
Ensure efficient and effective operations of the facility's rehabilitation department
Provide therapy services to patients
Provide clinical support, training and oversight of specialty programs within his/her specific discipline.
Plan and coordinate with other facility therapists in the implementation of programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
Provide administrative supervision of therapists in the rehabilitation department
Be a licensed Physical Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Compensation: $46.00 - $50.00
