Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-known property management company outside of Boston to identify a Director of Human Resources to join their team.

• Family-run business that provides full-service property management, accounting and financial services, consulting, marketing, leasing, affordable housing compliance, in-unit repairs, renovations, capital improvement projects and facilities management and maintenance

The Director of Human Resource's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide leadership, guidance and oversight to ensure that the organization is staying informed/ conducting business in compliance with federal, state and local law and regulation
• Oversee, manage and mentor 3 direct reports
• Participates in management meetings as required
• Monitor and advise managers and supervisors regarding progressive discipline steps and grievance procedures
• Oversee investigations of employee relations and personally conduct such investigations when needed
• Establishes and leads standard recruiting and hiring practices
• Active involvement in large scale onboarding activities
• Oversee payroll

Director of Human Resources Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• "Hands on" approach
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, or related field
