Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the execution of multiple ongoing projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders for quality assurance.
  • Utilizing Procore for effective project management and documentation.
  • Reporting directly to senior management and providing regular project updates.

Profile

  • Essential Criteria:
    • 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, particularly multifamily and commercial projects.
    • Proficiency in Procore software.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
