My client is seeking a Yield Enhancement Engineer to develop and implement quality control protocols, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive process improvements for high-performance power components. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Description

  • Develop and implement protocols for production teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Establish and oversee quality control measures, train production staff, and supervise the effectiveness of these controls.
  • Design and execute quality control workflows to enhance the efficiency of the quality assurance process.
  • Gather and analyze data on product errors, investigate potential solutions, and troubleshoot issues within the manufacturing or design processes.
  • Utilize a strong theoretical background in electronics manufacturing engineering to identify and address quality-impacting issues.
  • Lead detailed problem-solving efforts, including trend and root cause analysis, containment, and corrective and preventive actions, using Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Review and enhance existing product processes to improve reliability and manufacturability.
  • Contribute to factory process improvements through the analysis of metrics and performance indicators.

Job Offer

Competitive salary between $115,000 and $135,000
