In this Senior Maintenance Engineer role you will be responsible for investigating and troubleshooting current equipment and processes. In addition, you will provide multifunctional support of all manufacturing areas including production process, updating process documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Description

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
  • Coordinate with production managers to plan and execute maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of equipment performance and safety.
  • Oversee the installation, repair, and servicing of machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Profile

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance preferred
  • 7+ years of maintenance experience within industrial manufacturing
  • Management or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
