Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and drive the strategy and vision for ship to home & returns. Accountability for the prioritization of key initiatives to drive the program and the cross-functional coordination necessary to drive that business to success.
- Identification of the key program KPIs and initiatives and communication of the program P&L and KPI performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities that drive KPIs, sales, margin and membership; or identify gaps in the current program offerings that could drive business value.
- Create and maintain the overall program plan, milestones and delivery schedule
- Generate new program ideas and research/analyze their feasibility and business impact; properly prioritizing the new program initiatives that drive the most value.
- Development of the Program Roadmap and driving the cross functional coordination for all key initiatives identified within the roadmap.
- Bring a creative approach to managing your business (program) and to communications. Design and create business documents and communication methods that are highly efficient, visual, and brief
- Orchestrate resources from multiple departments (Ecommerce Operations, Product Management, Merchandising, Digital Experience, Club Operations, IT and other cross functional partners) with clear and concise project schedules.
- Vendor relationship management and coordination of 3rd party vendor and offshore resources needed to drive the program to success.

Qualifications
Education / Degree
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline; or equivalent experience
Experience
- At least 3+ years of business/program management experience in aggressive fast paced ecommerce environments
- Expertise with using data to monitor the business, identify opportunities and drive decisions.
- Ability to influence and drive change with a proven track record of driving results
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills is a must, including the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (executives, senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
- Experience in vendor selection and management of third-party partners
- Experience in home delivery, including small and large parcel shipping & returns
- Excellent organizational, coordination, presentation, communication and customer service skills
- Experience communicating verbally and in writing across functions, teams and organizational hierarchies.
