Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job posting BCBA LABA Required
Experience working with children 5 or younger is preferred. Morning Hours Available twice weekly with a 3-year-old client with mild aggression to supervise a team of RBTs. Early afternoon and after-school sessions are available. Staffing case in Westfield, MA, with supervision of technician 20-30 hours a week. Case requirements are 4-5 hours per week in the mornings, with one hour indirect per case for FBA development, graphs, case planning, and data analysis. BCBA must be responsible for all indirect activities. We also have other morning cases for school consults and early afternoon and after-school cases. The position is 10-15 hours per week, with more hours available.
RU will provide the newly hired BCBA with an iPad, stimulus kit, and other supplies needed for language therapy. Technician has language supplies. We will provide a laminator to BCBA and funds for indirect item materials and printer ink as needed by staff.

Position: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Summary The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for managing a team of BT/RBTs to implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload. The BCBA works closely with the Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure the quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans are provided to treat patients effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Accurately implement structured and individualized intervention programs (behavior reduction and skill acquisition) developed by the Program Director for ABA
Job Type: Part-time
Conducts patient intake assessments inclusive of FBA and other supporting documentation.
Develop the initial treatment plan and make regular program modifications
Writes treatment protocols and behavior support plans
Oversees a team of RBTs, including regular supervision, treatment, and training with clients.
Maintains BCBA certification by renewing certification as mandated by BACB/state regulatory body (LABA)
Maintains applied skills to be able to model for supervisees, as necessary
Maintains a reliable record of attendance and punctuality
Adheres to Cultivate policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience in working with children with Developmental Disorders, including Autism preferred
Minimum of one (1) year experience within ABA
Masters degree in a related field and currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Massachusetts (LABA)
At least two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Familiarity with working with clients ages 5-12 or younger is preferred.
Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA
