Location: Holliston, MA (on-site)

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator will take on project-based work to ensure products and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers at Pure Hockey's 80 retail locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and be responsible for coordinating and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects across multiple channels simultaneously.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to highlight key products and develop promotional strategies.
• Implement and execute new apparel fixture programs, provide feedback and follow-up support through store visits or photo collections.
• Assist with the setup of new apparel deliveries and seasonal feature tables, sharing photos and visuals with other locations.
• Support Retail Marketing and Buying teams with merchandising planning and communication to stores.
• Develop checklists and strengthen communication with stores to ensure consistency in merchandising and graphics.
• Review merchandising through photos, video, or in-person visits to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Lead daily check-ins with stores to review merchandising and signage, utilizing in-person visits, calls, or video calls.
• Meet with each retail store 2-3 times per year and follow up with the Area Manager on major tasks and feedback.
• Distribute weekly updates to include feature apparel, accessories, seasonal displays, and other essential updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices

10%-15% travel required; most travel will be local

Proficient in Microsoft Office
