We are searching for a talented LPN - Supportive Care - VNA $3,500 new hire sign-on bonus for this position. (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible) Hours: 40hrs Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with every fourth weekend. Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Director of Supportive Care or designee, perform all duties to support and in support of VNA Supportive Care Program including communicating with all members of the team community and with patients and families in a manner that promotes caring, goal achievement and exceptional customer service. Provide care and services in keeping with performance expectations, agency and National Hospice/Palliative Care Standards, and state regulatory requirements. Qualifications Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Practical Nursing is required. Demonstrated knowledge of I.V. pump and central line maintenance is preferred. Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is preferred. One (1) year of recent hospital, Medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience is required. Experience in Hospice and or Palliative Care preferred. Current LPN Licensure in both RI and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. BLS & CPR Certification is required. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired Pay Range USD $31.06 - USD $40.85 /Hr. Rotation Schedule Requirement every fourth weekend. One summer holiday, one winter holiday
