We are seeking a dedicated and process-driven Assistant Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience. This role is essential for supporting the growth of our client's project pipeline, as they continue to win new public projects and expand their capabilities in the heavy civil sector

They are currently expanding their team to support a growing portfolio of projects, emphasizing the importance of process-driven individuals who are eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.

Description

The responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager will include

  • Reporting directly to the Project Manager, assisting in the management of civil projects.
  • Be involved in various aspects of project coordination and execution, with a focus on learning the heavy civil sector.
  • Utilize Procore, B2W, and Vista software to manage project workflows and documentation.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of public projects and support the growth of the project pipeline.

Profile

The successful candidate will have

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the heavy civil construction environment.
  • Experience with public projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Procore, B2W, and Vista software preferred.
  • Ability to commute to the Canton office.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, with potential for higher compensation for candidates with 3+ years of direct civil experience.
