The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the following job duties:
(1) Lead a product team to scope, i.e., to plan out all of the activities needed for the step-by-step requirements of developing and delivering the companys software product, deliver new marketplaces, and prioritize iterative software improvements to allow our software product to realize the companys long-term marketplace vision;
(2) Connect with customers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis to gain insights;
(3) Partner closely with engineers, product designers, the marketing team, and other business leaders to plan and execute the marketplace strategy;
(4) Own the mission and vision for specific product area;
(5) Use research and analytics to drive decision making;
(6) Run weekly team stand-up meetings;
(7) Build and grow strong cross-functional relationships;
(8) Communicate product vision, roadmap, and tactical execution plans across the organization;
(9) Mentor junior product managers and assist them in growing their project management; communication, analysis and strategy skills;
(10) Run team meetings and cross-functional meetings; and
(11) May lead multiple teams with distinct missions and vision.

Employer requires candidate to have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience as a software engineer or closely related occupation. Alternatively, the Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field and two (2) years of work experience as a software engineer or related occupation.

The candidate must also have the following:

(1) Demonstrated ability using at least one of the following insight tools: Google Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau, gained through two (2) years of work experience;
(2) Demonstrated ability using at least one of the following software development tools: Github, Zenhub, or JIRA, gained through two (2) years of work experience;
(3) Demonstrated ability building and maintaining short- and long-term product roadmaps and priorities gained through two (2) years of work experience;
(4) Demonstrated ability leading customer and user interviews, performing quantitative analyses, and working with stakeholders to inform product direction gained through two (2) years of work experience;
(5) Demonstrated ability working cross-functionally within an organization in order to effectively execute on a go-to-market strategy for product launches gained through two (2) of work experience;
(6) Demonstrated ability using an Agile-like framework to maintain, organize and update teams work gained through two (2) years of work experience; and
(7) Demonstrated knowledge of B2B marketplaces gained through one (1) year of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
