Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Director, Program & Portfolio Management to drive programs forward at Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM) through collaborative leadership, providing clarity, direction and a shared sense of purpose to achieve amazing results for patients. You will join our Program Strategy & Operations (PS&O) team, which oversees the portfolio of work and provides program management at RCM. In this role, youll be a leader on cross-functional program teams (spanning research, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, finance, and alliance management) solving complex science and business challenges. We hope you are excited to focus on programs that are in IND-enabling studies through clinical study execution.
As an Associate Director, Program & Portfolio Management at RCM, a typical day might include:
Collaborating with Strategic Program Teams to form and manage high-performing cross-functional teams, develop strategic and operational plans, drive and track deliverable to ensure successful execution of program objectives
Establishing program management methods and tools for RCM programs, integrating with Regeneron-wide processes, including driving the creation and execution of integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identifying and analyzing for interdependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring contingency plans are in place, while directing annual goal setting, monitoring progress, and driving continuous improvement in RCM program development through IND and clinical stages
Working closely with the scientific Program Lead to identify key topics and timing to bring to RCM governance forums
Maintaining RCM input for regular update decks/reports to senior Regeneron leadership and working as part of the PS&O team on portfolio reporting for RCM stakeholders
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including within the PS&O team, within the SPT, with RCM leadership, and with the broader network of project managers and other key voices.

Display excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels both within and outside the company in order to establish credibility with professionals on the project teams.
Understand and motivate others and build effective teams
In order to be considered qualified for this role, a Bachelor's/Masters degree and minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in drug development. 3 years of program management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is required. Previous experience delivering against IND filings & early-clinical development is a plus.

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
