Job description
Qualifications:
Purchasing
Tester Prototypes
- Build from rough draft of schematics / assembly drawings and work with designated documentation controllers for release of documentation
- Create Bill of Materials
- Construct Testers with guidance of Test Engineer / suggest enhancements to design that may ease future builds of tester
- Tester Release to Manufacturing Paperwork
- Create Test Procedures
- Create Preventative Maintenance Procedures
- Create Calibration Procedures
Support of DVT Lab Testers
- Preventative Maintenance
- Coordinate Calibration of equipment
- Build / Maintain Computers within Testers
Tester Prototype Shipment
- Identify & Acquire necessary crate(s)
- Package Fixtures for Shipment
- Create Packing Lists
- Deliver Tester to Necessary Logistics Personnel
Tester ECO
- Perform ECO Changes to equipment in DVT Lab
- Document ECO changes generated by Test Engineers
Tester Cables
- Build and Maintain Cable Sets for Testing both New and Legacy Products
