Overview:

CSC ServiceWorks SuperLaundry is seeking a motivated individual with a strong business hunter mindset to grow our commercial laundry division in the MA and RI markets.


In the Regional Sales Manager role your primary responsibility is to utilize your well-developed consultative sales approach in prospecting, closing new business, and new business development for the commercial segment of our core business. There are no direct reports in this role. This role is fully remote, but we have an office space at our Woburn, MA office if you desire.


As a CSC Regional Sales Manager you are the B2B Commercial Specialist and an important part of what works.

Your days may include:

  • Managing prospects and building customer relationships through development of sales/marketing plans and maintenance of key account information
  • Communicating to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues
  • Scheduling regular visits with customers to facilitate future renewal discussions
  • Matching commercial services and products with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing
  • Partnering with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies
  • Maintaining data in the CRM. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information
  • Communicating pricing and service strategies

Base Salary: $60,000 annually. Avg first year Comp total range $80K to $90K (With uncapped commisions you can earn higher)

What we're looking for:

In this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees, clients, and customers
  • Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
  • High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
