WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an experienced marketer to champion our brand across global campaigns and the product portfolio. Reporting to the Global Brand Strategy Director, the Coordinator will ensure consistency and cohesion across the brand, in alignment with our brand guidelines, brand architecture and brand platform.

  • Champion the brand guidelines as an advisor and partner with marketers, legal, designers, vendors, and Brand & Creative Strategy team members to ensure cohesion and consistency, or connecting them with subject matter experts where necessary.

  • Embrace brand governance with a collaborative mindset and approachable communication style.

  • Partner closely with BCG's legal team on brand IP, trademarks and other rights-managed entities within the BCG system.

  • Support Creative Strategy & Design in the updating and evolution of brand guidelines.

  • Monitor and assess brand health, equity, and perception.

They ensure process and guidelines consistency, but with a flexible mindset. They are curious and solutions-oriented, willing to dig until they find answers. They are a confident communicator with a proven ability to activate cross-functional teams, suggest process improvements and act as a thought partner with stakeholders.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in brand management, account management or related role.

  • Proven experience in program and project ownership-activating teams, synthesizing critical information and coordinating teams to meet timing expectations. Ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Seeking guidance where necessary.

  • Quick study on project management platforms, such as Wrike and Trello, and eager to optimize the potential of tech to improve process.

  • Familiarity with the development and execution of 360 integrated marketing and communications campaigns and activations.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Active collaborator who is able to build mutual trust and respect at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience working in brand management, championing brand guidelines is a plus.

  • Agency experience or experience in a complex marketing organization is a plus.


YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work primarily with teams outside of Brand & Creative Strategy-legal, marketers in other regions, practice areas, channel leads. Within the team you will work closely with Brand Strategy and Brand Activation.
