Job description
The Data Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the organization's data processes and reporting systems. This role ensures the smooth operation of critical data workflows, maintains database integrity, and automates reporting to support business functions. Coordinating with the Deputy CIO (DCIO) and the team, the Data Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality data analysis, reporting, and system operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. This role bridges the gap between the organization's technical infrastructure and its business operations, handling custom requests from internal and external stakeholders, and delivering data-driven solutions. Reporting directly to the DCIO, the Data Operations Manager will work closely with the CIO & DCIO to ensure alignment between initiatives and the organization's strategy.

Qualifications
Minimum Entrance Requirements
Applicants must have at least (A) five (5) years of experience in data management, reporting, or operations. (B) at least two (2) years must have been in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
