Job description

Reports to the Division Head of Predoctoral Prosthodontics Provides preclinical and clinical teaching consistent with diagnosis and treatment plans found in Prosthodontic Practice. In clinic, the Predoctoral Prosthodontics Faculty instructs, evaluates, monitors, and advises students regarding treatment and management of patients who require comprehensive diagnosis, treatment plans and sequences of treatment in general prosthodontics therapy and is responsible for chair-side instruction prosthodontics. In both the clinic and the preclinic, Predoctoral Prosthodontics Faculty must act as a role model and mentor while teaching the skills of ethics, patient relationship management, respect, professionalism. As an informed faculty member, the Predoctoral Prosthodontics Faculty communicates regularly and effectively with colleagues throughout the school ensures compliance with established protocols and standards and ensures the financial integrity of the clinic. Presents and evaluates seminars, diagnostic reviews and case reports Attend divisional/ departmental meetings and meet with Team Leaders on a regular basis Requirements: DDS/DMD degree Dental licensure or eligibility for dental licensure in Massachusetts.
