To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will go through a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. This is an awesome opportunity as the hygienist we hire will be trained on laser and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a new Swiss technology that's more effective and more efficient. If keeping up with the latest technology is important to you, this is the opportunity for you!

Previous experience is always a plus, but we also welcome new hygiene grads to apply as well. Must have an active hygiene license for the state of MA. New grads must be applying for license soon.

Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in improving the oral health of our patients through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about their dental work and dedicated to providing the highest level of care at all times.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to provide oral hygiene dental treatment and education under limited supervision. You will follow guidelines approved, issued, and regulated by the state in which you work, showcasing your expertise and professionalism.
Patient screening, medical history and dental charting.
Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line.
Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
Perform other duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to contribute to the team.
