Description

  • Partner with production supervisors and staff to address employee relations issues on the manufacturing floor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
  • Support employee performance management, absenteeism tracking, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage HR tasks related to payroll, time tracking, and general administration within Paycom.
  • Assist with recruitment, coaching, and fostering positive employee relationships.
  • Collaborate with leaders to proactively resolve performance and behavioral issues.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the production floor to strengthen employee engagement.

Profile

  • Completion of an associate's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus.
  • Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency a plus
