We orchestrate people, strategies, technologies and best-of-breed business processes. We are seeking an experienced Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating training plans, curricula, and materials, as well as leading Train-the-Trainer sessions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed through effective training methods. Key Responsibilities: Training Plan Development:
Create and implement training plans tailored to meet organizational needs and goals.
Curriculum Design:
Develop training curricula and materials, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
Create curriculum for Train-the-Trainer delivery and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare others for training roles.
Training Documentation:
Produce clear and concise training documentation, including User Guides and Tip Sheets, to support learners in applying their new skills.
Delivery of Training:
Conduct training sessions for various audiences, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Evaluation and Feedback:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluations, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in training and development, with a focus on curriculum design and delivery.
Proven experience in developing training plans, curricula, and documentation.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
