Job description
Responsibilities Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Senior Program Management Analyst to support customers at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to: Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Must perform program management, technical, or business analysis tasking related to weapon systems acquisition, and lifecycle management. Experience with SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPR), Work Requests, Requisitions, CDRLs, and DD Form 254 (as specified in the DoD 5000 series) is required. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Position requires a Business, Management, Technical of Scientific MS or MA degree from an accredited college or university. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: A Business, Management, Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree. These four (4) years of experience are in addition to the required minimum of ten (10) years to meet the experience requirements, requiring a total of fourteen (14) years of experience. At least ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience in a program management, technical or business analysis discipline related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management is required, with a minimum of six (6) years out of the previous ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience related to analysis and planning. Must have experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs. Demonstrated experience in program/project management support, earned value management, and scheduling is required.
