Responsibilities Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Journeyman Program Management Analyst (MBSE) to support customers at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to: Analyzes program requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Experience with MBSE practices. Develops system or mission level models, requirements, and architecture in conjunction with engineering team. Applies (hands-on) MBSE techniques to capture structure, behavior, requirements, interfaces, and parametric aspects of the mission and system both logical and physical. Applies knowledge of object-oriented programming principles. Qualifications Requirements: Education: Business, Management, or Technical BS or BA degree in Business, Management, or a related technical discipline. At least two (2) years of recent and relevant experience working with SysML Models in a professional environment developing models using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator. Experience in building systems engineering and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and recommendations that inform key technical decisions. Experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as UML, SysML, and UAF.
